About SDCET & SDCMS Muzaffarnagar:
SDCET, Muzaffarnagar was established in 1997 by the Sanatan Dharam College Association, a registered pioneer educational society. SDCET is offering M.Tech course in Electronics & Communication and B.Tech degree courses in Civil Engg. Electrical Engg., Computer Science & Engg., Chemical Engg., Electronics & Comm. Engg., Mechanical Engg., Bio-Technology and Information Technology apart from Diploma courses in Civil Engg., Mechanical Production, Mechanical Automobile & Electrical Engg. Fifteen batches have already passed out from the college. Computer Science, Electronics & Communication and Chemical Engg. branches are accredited by NBA. SDCMS has been imparting education in MBA, MCA, BBA and BCA courses approved by AICTE and affiliated to APJAK Technical University, Lucknow and CCS University, Meerut. There are about 4000 students in different courses run by SDCET and SDCMS, while about 25000 students are studying in the other institutions run by the society.
SDCET and SDCMS are situated within the urban limits of Muzaffarnagar city and just two km from the heart of city, the Shiv Chowk. It is about 120 Km. from Delhi on Delhi-Dehradun National Highway (NH-58) and is well connected by rail and road with important cities of the country. The nearest International Airport is Indira Gandhi International Airport at Delhi.
About the Conference:
India, the second largest populous country in the world, has been passing through the phase of an unprecedented demographic changes. By 2020, the average age of India’s population would be around 29 years which is expected to be the lowest in the world. It means India will be the youngest country in the world with highest working force. This demographic dividend can be proved beneficial for the nation if the people are healthy, educated and appropriately skilled. Opportunities are ahead, so, main and quick focus is needed on human resource development through skilling people.
The government of India with a vision to utilize this demographic dividend has initiated the ‘Skill-India’ programme, so as to train the youths and other people in various areas of skills particularly targeting the following three groups: first, those who have no formal qualification but have skills second, who have formal qualifications but no skill and third, who have both but needs to upgrade.
Though, the world community and various agencies have appreciated the ‘Skill India Initiative’; yet there are many challenges and opportunities that needs to be timely addressed for making the initiative successful. This conference is an attempt to address all these issues at one platform so as to contribute substantially in the development process and inclusive growth of the nation.
Objective of the Conference:
The objective of the conference is to provide a common platform to the academicians, scientists, technologists, planners and management experts who are engaged in bringing about total change in the development process by innovative practices, to deliberate up the theme and sub themes of the conference and however, the findings of the experts could be gathered and visionary document could be prepared for laying down the ‘Skill India’ plan on surface for inclusive development of India.

Invitation for Papers:
The conference participants would include Scientists, Technocrats, Academics, Industrialists and Managers/ Management Experts. In this multi-disciplinary forum, papers on various themes and subthemes would be discussed to evolve some practically possible solutions. Papers are, therefore, invited from the experts in the various disciplines. The acceptance of papers would be based on a reviewed process. Proceedings of the selected papers received alongwith registration fee upto 15th January, 2016 shall be published in an edited volume.
